Wance

Why walk when you could Wance? What started as a way to uplift neighbors quickly evolved with chapters in WI, MN and D.C. as well as a TED talk.

On a mission to spread joy and build community, 4imprint's Director of Brand Marketing, Gabrielle Lulloff, reached out to create a logo for her new non-profit. During the depths of the Covid pandemic, Gabrielle wanted to create a way for people to come together that was safe, inclusive and pure fun. Thus, Wance (walk + dance) was created.

We wanted the logo to have bright, uplifting energy, so I broke the letters from the normal typography confines and let them Wance into a position that felt comfortable.

Hand-drawn lettering keeps the logo from taking itself too seriously. Expression lines represent letting loose and radiating good vibes. And as love, joy and expression come in many colors, so, too, does to the Wance logo.
